Warranty The Wood Workery warrants that its products are manufactured and sold free from defects at the time of shipment. The beauty of a natural wood product does allow for minimal amounts of natural characteristics of wood to show. Natural wood products must also expand and contract, so tolerances have been engineered into all of our products which allow for proper movement. The Wood Workery will not be liable for any damage done to our products due to improper handling, cleaning or if the product is stored for extended periods without being properly sealed and top coated. The Wood Workery will not warrant any defects that could have been prevented by the customer, such as improper surface prep for a product that is to be finished. This warranty covers only the replacement of the product produced by the Wood Workery, and the shipping charges to and from the Wood Workery. This warranty does not cover any installation or removal, labor or travel time of any kind, nor any related products used with our products. |
